Refund Policy

Globe Weaver™ is operated by Scholarium Inc. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all content packs and subscription plans.

Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time pack purchases and to the first billing period of a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@globeonline.org with your order number and we'll help you process the refund.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for renewal charges outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
